The Family Records is a brand new label, based on quite old concepts.

It is really very modern, being a digital-only label which issues its releases only on digital format through the major and trendier liquid music vendors and distributors on the scene.

But it is also run and managed according old principles. Think of the past and think of glorious labels such as Bomp, Factory, Mute, Two Tone, Motown … all these labels started from scratch with a very limited budget, but also with immense passion and commitment and with a true sense of belonging among all the artists signing for them.

Our goal is to manage to accept the new challenges provided by the mutating environment of today’s (and tomorrow’s) music biz and to face them with the spirit of those glorious labels which really meant something both to the artists releasing their records with them and to the music fans eagerly awaiting for every new record with confident anticipation.
